The website does not ask for a password, payment card, government identifier or medical information. Please do not put highly sensitive information into the project brief or Meet AI.
HOW INFORMATION IS USED
To respond—not to quietly expand the purpose.
Information you submit may be used to answer questions, understand your business need, recommend a suitable Meet Digital service, prepare a proposal or continue a client conversation. Meet Digital does not sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated mass marketing.
If the conversation becomes a project, relevant information may also be used to administer that working relationship, keep agreed records and meet applicable legal or accounting requirements.

Your message is processed to generate a response. The assistant may use an AI service provider when configured and its answer can be incomplete or incorrect, so commercial, legal, financial and campaign decisions should be confirmed with a person.
- Do not enter passwords, payment details, government IDs or confidential third-party data.
- Your chat is not sent to WhatsApp unless you select the handoff link and then send it yourself.
- Use Meet AI for initial service guidance—not emergency, legal, medical or financial advice.

If you choose WhatsApp, email or Instagram, the destination service receives the information you send and its own privacy terms apply. Hosting and AI infrastructure providers may process the limited technical data needed to operate, secure and deliver this experience.
Meet Digital keeps enquiry and project information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, maintain agreed records or meet a legal obligation. There is no single fixed period for every conversation because the reason and channel can differ.
The current website does not intentionally use optional advertising cookies. Essential technical storage or request data may still be used by the website infrastructure to deliver and secure the service.
Meet Digital cannot delete information held independently by another service; requests about that service's own copy should also be directed to that provider.
